This villa is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom villa which offers stunning sea views from the terrace. It is situated in a popular area of Playa Blanca, within walking distance to the town centre.
It has a spacious living room with dining area and patio doors leading to a terrace. The separate kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the terrace. There is a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.
Patio doors from the living room lead out onto the upper terrace which has a wooden pergola and dining table, perfect for al fresco dining in a little welcome shade. From here you have some fantastic sea views. A couple of steps lead down to the lower terrace, which has a canarian bbq and garden area. The sunbathing terrace is south-facing, so it provides the sun all day long and the sun loungers surround the large inviting swimming pool.
Playa Blanca is a quite location, yet there is so much to see and do nearby, the nearest beach is Playa Dorada, a flat 10 minute walk.
The nearest cafes are only a 5 minute walk.
The TV has an Amazon fire stick and Netflix.
