About this holiday Villa in Playa Blanca

Villa Lottie is idential to Oliver's Villa (but handed) also set on a 500m2 corner plot, ultra-modern in design, close to the beach and has lovely views of the mountains.  The villa has its own south facing garden which has a huge terrace and a large private swimming pool, perfect for non swimmers and children as the pool also has a shallow end with steps leading into it. This villa can sleep up to 12 people, please ask for a quote as prices here are for 10.

In the corner of the garden is a large Jacuzzi which has seating for 6 adults. Also in the garden is a Mediterranean brick BBQ, perfect for those summer barbecues.

The lower Patio Garden is surrounded by Canary Islands black volcanic rock wall and has steps leading up to the pool terrace. Relax in this garden with a nice glass of gin and tonic or have a game of pool. Have lunch on the kitchen terrace, which has a table and seating for 10 people. 

Villa Lottie has a large beautifully furnished living/dining room on the first floor which has dual aspect windows and a patio door that leads out onto a sunny terrace area.

A 5 minute drive away is Playa Dorada beach or a 20/25 min walk - follow the path which is decoratively covered in beautifully richly coloured bougainvillea.

The After Stay Clean Fee is only applicable for stays 6 nights or less.

Stayed at this beautiful villa last week. Can’t fault it at all. A absolutely lovely place to spend a holiday. Rooms were all clean, tidy and homely, Plenty of sun and shade in the garden. Swimming pool and hot tub, again perfect! 20/25 mins walk to the seafront. Kathy was in contact during the week to make sure everything was as okay. I emailed Kathy just now about booking up again towards the end of the year!

After searching for months for the right villa this was the perfect place. A surprise birthday holiday for my wife who loved the villa as much as I did. It has the added bonus of Kathy who was by far the nicest and most helpful lady I have met and I am very hard to please. She made sure we had all that we needed. From picking up shopping for us to eat, to recommendations, from visiting to check in and to just making the surprise trip was perfect. The pool was lovely and warm, the hot tub a great bonus. We have said we will be back one as it's a place where no matter the occasion it will bring special memories that won't be forgotten. If it's Lanzarote you want ....choose this villa.

Our best holiday! This home had everything we could have wanted and more... comfy beds, sunshine all day when by the beautiful heated pool, fun for the entire family with pool, hot tub, ping-pong and pool tables... ample supply of books, movies and music and even a kareoke machine! It is in a lovely quiet residential area which is only a short drive from shops, restaurants and the outstanding Flamingo beach... we didnt want to leave and will certainly be back!! Sandra
